Register via your Medicare Online Account or in person at our reception desk.
- Create a Medicare Online Account or visit our reception desk in person
- Present your Medicare card or Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Veteran Card
- Ensure you have had two face-to-face visits at St Germain Superclinic in the previous 24 months
